Official Rules

You may not enter if you are not eighteen (18) years of age or older as of 09/01/2014. Open to US & Canadian residents only.

1.    TO ENTER: Entrants must have a valid email address at the time of entry and must complete all required information for entry to be valid. Entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned or acknowledged except as provided herein.

2.    WINNER SELECTIONS: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from pool of valid entries we receive. Winners will be chosen and announced on September 15th, 2014. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.

3.    PRIZES: One (1) winner will receive a $250 gift certificate to Material Girl online (www.materialgirlhandbags.com) or in their physical store (Omaha, NE)

1.    ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway open only to those who are 18 years of age or older as of 09/01/2014. Employees of Sponsor, advertising, promotion, and judging agencies and members of the immediate families or households of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate. For purposes of these rules, “immediate families” means spouse, parents or legal guardians, siblings, children, step-parents, step-siblings, step-children, and the spouses of each of the foregoing.

2.    Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify contestants. Contestants shall not enter multiple times or vote for their own entry with a fake account. Fraudulent activities will be monitored and will lead to exclusion.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED.

Winners will be notified via email and must reply within 72 hours to receive prize. If winner does not claim prize, winner forfeits prize and another winner will be chosen. Winners’ entries and acceptance of prizes constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use their name, photograph, likeness, statements, voice, and address (city and state) on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.
