Here are five of our favorite pregnancy-safe, healthy snacks!

1)     Whole Wheat Bagel w/ Cream Cheese and Fruit

Whole grain bagels have more fiber and essential minerals that white bagels are stripped of in the refining process. The antioxidants in fruit like strawberries and blueberries will give you a sweet energy boost without the crash later.

2)     Cottage Cheese w/ Fruit
