2) Cottage Cheese w/ Fruit
Cottage cheese is packed with vitamin B-12 and protein (which is an essential building block for your body to create new cells) while fruits like kiwi and pineapple are chock-full of vitamin C to help give your immune system a boost.
3) Greek Yogurt with Toasted Almonds and Cinnamon
Greek yogurt provides a generous amount of protein and calcium along with live cultures that promote a healthier immune system. Toasted almonds offer a helping of fiber with cinnamon for flavor.

4) Apples and Peanut Butter
Apples are full of Vitamin C for an immune system boost and peanut butter provides a healthy dose of yummy protein!
5) Whole-Wheat Pancakes/Waffles w/ Berry Syrup
